Ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when the order is accepted. We may decline an order and refund it in full, for example where an item is out of stock or an address cannot be delivered to.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and include no taxes or duties unless stated at checkout. We correct obvious pricing errors and will tell you before charging you anything different.

Product use. Tovrya projectors are indoor electronic devices. Use the supplied power cord, keep the air vents clear while it runs, and keep the device away from water and wet surfaces. The remote takes two AAA batteries, which are not included. Streaming apps depend on each app provider and on your internet connection; some apps may not run on the built-in system, and any streaming stick can be connected through the HDMI port.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We are not liable for damage caused by using the product outside what it is designed for.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
