30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Watch on your ceiling, your wall and your console for a full 30 days. If Tovyra is not how you want to watch, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

How to start a return. Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to support@tovrya.com with your order number and a sentence about what happened. No forms and no phone calls.

What we need. The projector back with its remote and power cord, in the condition it reached you. We send you the return details by email.

Arrived damaged or not working? Send us a photo or a short video and your order number, and keep the item. We send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. We will never ask you to post a broken projector back to us.

Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method as soon as your return is on its way, or as soon as we have seen the photo of a damaged item. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Exchanges. If you would rather have a different colour or model, say so in the same email and we will arrange it instead of a refund.

What is not covered. Damage from use outside what the product is designed for, and requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
