Shipping policy

Order processing. Every order is prepared and dispatched within 24 hours.

Tracking. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as your order is on its way. If your tracking has not updated within 2 business days of that email, send us your order number and we will chase it for you.

Shipping cost. $4.95 on orders under $100. Free on orders of $100 or more.

Address changes. We can change an address only before dispatch, which is a short window. Email support@tovyra.shop straight away if you need one.

Damaged or missing parcels. Send us a photo and your order number and we will replace or refund it. You do not need to deal with the carrier on our behalf.
