Yes. Owners watch it during the day, including in bedrooms with the window open. The picture looks richest in a dim room, so for mostly daytime viewing, blackout curtains make the biggest difference.

It runs Android 14 with an app store for YouTube and many streaming apps. Some apps, like Netflix, may not run on the built-in system, so for every service, plug a Fire TV Stick or Roku into HDMI or mirror from your phone.
